Author Registration Policy (by May 22 (Fri.), 2026)

• General Policy
  At least one author must register for each accepted abstract. (Each registration is valid for one abstract only.)
• In Case of Multiple Accepted Abstracts
  If two or more abstracts are accepted, each abstract must be covered by a separate registration in accordance with the following rules:
  • 1) Co-Author Registration

    A co-author of the abstract may complete the author registration.
    In this case, the co-author must select the corresponding abstract during the registration process.

  • 2) Additional Abstract Fee

    If no co-author is available to register for the abstract, an additional fee of USD 400 will be charged for each extra abstract under the presenting author’s registration.
    In this case, please contact the registration secretariat (registration@icec30-icmc2026.org) with the abstract numbers.

• (For Korean) Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate the payment you made to Duzon.
• (For Foreigner) Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM
• (For Foreigner) This payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com

By Bank Transfer

• Sender’s name MUST BE Registration number (4-digits) or Registrant’s name.
• All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrant.
• After your deposit details are confirmed, the secretariat will send you a confirmation email of the registration within a week.

Visa documents are available only to overseas participants affiliated with institutions outside Korea who have completed their registration and payment.
