By Bank Transfer
- Please make the bank transfer to below account specified.
- Sender’s name MUST BE Registration number (4-digits) or Registrant’s name.
- All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrant.
- After your deposit details are confirmed, the secretariat will send you a confirmation email of the registration within a week.

Invitation Letter for VISA
An official invitation letter will be issued by the ICEC 30/ICMC 2026 Secretariat upon request via email to registration@icec30-icmc2026.org
.
This official invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants.
Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants.
You can request an invitation letter during the registration process using the below template, and invitations can only be issued to participants who have completed the registration process. The Secretariat will send you an invitation after confirmation.
For Chinese participants, if you need a Korean Invitation Letter, please download the Korean Invitation Form and fill out your information in the highlighted fields, and send the form in Word format to the Secretariat at registration@icec30-icmc2026.org
