Cancellation Policy
- Written cancellations received on or before April 3 (Fri.), 2026 will be refunded 80% of the total payment. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 3 (Fri.), 2026.
- All cancellations of exhibition and sponsorship must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat via email.
