    • • Invited oral (25 minutes): 16–25 slides

(depending on the density of information per slide)
  • If your presentation is updated after submission, you are advised to bring a backup copy on a USB memory stick.
Updated files should be uploaded to the local PCs in the preview room during the breaks between sessions.

Presentation in the Session Room

  • All oral session rooms are equipped with a projector connected to a Windows-based PC.
  • A pointer and a microphone will be provided.
  • It is not recommended to use your own laptop (especially MacBook) unless your presentation requires specific software or hardware.
