Welcome Reception

  • The Welcome Reception provides an excellent opportunity to network with fellow participants from diverse backgrounds and regions in a relaxed atmosphere. Light refreshments and beverages will be provided. Please present the drink coupon included with your name badge.

Exhibitor Reception

  • Location: Exhibition Hall (111+112+110+109), 1F, Daejeon Convention Center 1 (DCC 1)
  • We invite you to take this opportunity to meet and network with various exhibitors at the Exhibitor Reception. Light buffet refreshments and beverages will be provided. Please use the drink coupon included with your name badge to enjoy the beverages.

Conference Dinner

  • Date & Time: June 24 (Wed.) 18:30-20:30
  • Location: Convention Hall, 3F, Hotel ICC
  • The Conference Dinner will feature a delightful dinner, a captivating Korean traditional gugak (traditional Korean music) performance, and a special performance by one of Daejeon’s representative K-pop dance crews. Join us for an enjoyable evening of fine dining and entertainment.
Exhibition Lucky Draw Event

Participants who have collected all stamps from the exhibition booths during the conference are kindly requested to submit their completed stamp card to the lucky draw entry box located at the entrance of the Conference Dinner venue.

※ Winners must be present on-site at the time of the drawing to claim their prizes.

Morning Run

  • Participants can join an early morning run with a professional coach. Light refreshments and event T-shirts will be provided for registered participants.
  • Date & Time: June 24 (Wed.), 2026 / 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM
  • Course: Daejeon Convention Center (DCC I) ↔ Gapcheon Riverside (approx. 3 km round trip)
  • Meeting Place: In front of Gate A, Daejeon Convention Center 2 (DCC 2)
  • Registration: Pre-registration is now closed. On-site registration will be available on the day of the event. Please note that preferred T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed for on-site registration due to limited stock.
  • T-shirt Pickup (Pre-registered Participants Only): Pre-registered participants are requested to collect their event T-shirt from the Secretariat Office (209+210+211) by June 23 (Tue.), 2026.

Healing Program

  • Date & Time: June 23 (Tue.) - 24 (Wed.), Breaktime
  • Place: Lobby, 1F, Daejeon Convention Center (DCC I)
  • During coffee breaks, participants can enjoy wellness activities such as chair therapy, massage, stretching, and posture correction on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Participants can sign up on-site for available time slots on a first-come, first-served basis and should return at the assigned time.

Welcome Booth

  • Date & Time: June 23 (Tue.) - 25 (Thu.), 09:00-18:00
  • Place: Lobby, 1F, Daejeon Convention Center (DCC I)
  • The welcome booth offers cultural experiences such as Hanbok fitting, along with local information including restaurant guides and souvenirs for participants engaging with local businesses.
