Student Travel Support

The ICEC 30 / ICMC 2026 Organizing Committee is pleased to offer Student Travel Support to students who present outstanding scientific or technical achievements at the conference. These travel supports are made possible thanks to the generous support of CERN.

Application Deadline: February 09 (Mon.) February 13(Fri.)

Eligibility

  • Students from countries other than the Republic of Korea, the United States, China, Japan, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the member states of the European Union.
  • Students who are currently enrolled in a Master’s or Ph.D. program during the conference period (June 22-26, 2026).
  • Students who are authors or coauthors of an accepted abstract and are scheduled to present at ICEC 30 / ICMC 2026.

Amount of Support

  •  Approximately CHF 1,000 per selected student will be provided.
  • The final amount may be adjusted depending on the local exchange rate and applicable tax deductions.

Selection Process

    Recipients will be selected by the Scientific Program Committee (SPC) based on:

  • Abstract review scores
  • Country balance and regional diversity

How to Apply

  • Prepare the required documents:
    • Student Travel Support Form Form
      (The form must include a recommendation statement and the signature of either the department chair or the academic advisor.)
    • A copy of your student ID card
  • Submit your application via Google Form.
    (All completed documents must be uploaded through the Google Form.)
